- Fit Pro All-Inclusive Wellness Retreat -

Our retreat packages bring you and your group to some of the finest all-inclusive luxury resorts in the world.  Our relationship with numerous resorts allows us the opportunity to assist you in providing excellent new services to your clients, co-works, friends, family or whoever your group may be. 

Now you can provide your special skill(s) to your group over an extended period of time.  They  also will enjoy a complete vacation and numerous other all-inclusive activities, but your professional skill will remain the center piece of their trip.  You will be the star for the week providing group fitness classes, and/or, personal training, and/or, dietary counseling, and/or, mind/body classes, and/or motivation/inspiration, and/or whatever your specialty lends itself to.

FIT Launch also wants to see you succeed.  That is why we are with you all the way in scheduling, program designs, fee transactions, and marketing.  We know from experience the enjoyment that can come from working with our clients.  We also know the enjoyment that comes from the fun and relaxation of an all-inclusive resort.  Finally, we know the need that exists for businesses of any size to diversify their offerings as well as find unique solutions for particular clients.  We will work with you to achieve both of those joys while helping you develop unique offerings for your customers.

1. Fitness Pro must register an account at our Fitness Pro Travel site to be eligible for any of our programs.  Once registered contact us here by phone or email with your interest.
    
2. Determine the dates for your retreat and generate interest amongst your clients, participants, friends, family, members, and/or co-workers.
    
3. Collect fees and registrations from attendees.  (All fees can be processed by FIT Launch as needed including M/C & Visa for additional fee)
    
4. Check in at the all-inclusive resort to provide your programs. (We assist as much or as little with programming as you request)
    
5. Enjoy the convenience of this turn-key program and the ease of integrating it as a piece of your business operations.

Other processes may be in effect for particular locations. Specific location descriptions will be noted per destination.

• Your trip fees may be covered. 
• Reduced rates on guest rooms, often greater with larger groups. 
• Lecture outlines for your use on various wellness topics are available.
• A welcome reception hosted by resort staff may be available depending upon group size and retreat location.
• Assistance with commerce transactions, marketing, programming, and merchant services are available.
• Certain materials/products provided for your use in "thank you" or "goodie" bags for your group.
• Use of all resort amenities like any other all-inclusive guest.
• An opportunity for indepth wellness programming with your own group as the health & lifestyle coach.
• Earning potential that is only limited by your interest and ability to provide and promoto your health & wellness expertise!

What's the Cost?

Costs may vary depending upon how you would like to operate your wellness retreat. There are a couple options for you to choose from when preparing and scheduling a retreat with us.

Your sole programming and direction - When selecting your dates you will be required to pay a $495 nonrefundable deposit.  45 days prior to your retreat you will pay the full cost for all group members to FIT Launch, keeping whatever your markup rates were.  You also have the option of having your group pay us directly and we will return to you the portion that is above base.  Your final costs will be air fare, taxes, and any miscellaneous items you choose to bring with you or purchase while on your trip.  With only a group holding 10 rooms (minimum) you can make an excellent monetary return, an excellent vacation, and have all expenses covered.

In conjunction with our Fit Bodies resort guest service program - (our suggested program) Book your teaching vacation week with the obligation of providing services to resort guests (for minimum hours). Then with a $195 fee we will assist you to expand your stay and offerings into a full fledged retreat that you can offer and charge your own retreat guests for.
This option has no minimum number of guests to participate in your retreat, so you can plan your trip early and have no fear of it not carrying through.
