Sport Conditioning is similar to personal training in that our focus is to assist you in meeting your physical activity (sport) goals, although in sport the goals are often more dynamic, explosive, and specific. FIT Launch™, through our Fitness Gatherings, most often provides these programs for small groups in the off season, but can also assist the team coach in developing a season long or off season program for the entire team.
