Play Ball!
Take core training to the next level with this fun
workshop. Practical
demonstrations include use of Resist-A-Ball's, medicine
balls, soccer balls, and plastic balls of all shapes and
sizes in dynamic strength and conditioning segments.
Participants will learn innovative ways to incorporate this
training into their strength segments of class, personal
training sessions, or create an entire class design based
off of these training principals.
