to the rescue of tight muscles! This workshop is geared to both personal
trainers and fitness instructors who want a
progressive strength and stretch workout for all ages and abilities. Learn
how to stabilize, connect and strengthen all of the muscles recruited for
yoga-based poses and movement patterns. By incorporating several different
movement traditions, you’re able to launch new concepts and movements
without overwhelming your members. Amy will share with you 10 different
exercise sequences that you can take home and introduce to your members
right away.
