Core Attack

Add variety and effectiveness to your core workouts utilizing different body positions, gravity challenged movements, stabilization techniques, and the Resist-A-Ball to provide a complete center-focused workout. Grasp the fundamentals of each movement's biomechanics and several progression sequences to safely and successfully train clients and class members of any level. In this workshop we will review some of the best fitness tools for core training like stability ball, BOSU, and Reebok Core Board. Geared to both personal trainers and group fitness instructors, you'll get plenty of ideas to take home to your clients and members.
