Combine the fun-filled nature of cardiovascular movements, the balance and power challenges of strength conditioning, and the dynamic beauty of yoga flexibility training all into one total body workout on the ball.  Participants will uncover the three basic elements of Resist-A-Ball training and embrace how the ball brings out the kid in you.  This is a great class format if you're looking for ideas on how to gradually introduce the ball to your members.

This workshop is applicable for ACE continuing education credits.
