Contracted
services are provided between two companies. The contractor is not
an employee of the person or company (in this case, FIT Launch, Inc.)
requesting services, but instead performing services for that
company. Those services are most often similar to other services
offered by that same contracted company. Hence, the majority of our
master instructors will also provide personal training, continuing
education, or other fitness related services with the FIT Launch Master
Instructor program being
an additional avenue of income.
We have created numerous
workshop designs covering many different formats.
Depending upon your qualifications you may be approved to
present from one to all of the programs, which are FIT launch
designed.
The
USFIT certification program requires a great deal of dedication by the master
instructors who teach it. The program consists of 28 hours over 5
weeks which gives students the quality they and their future class
participants deserve. Because of this 5 week schedule, FIT Launch
requires the use of qualified contracted master instructors to provide the
program in their geographical areas within the U.S. as well as
abroad. This program is
currently on hold.
You
or your existing company will be classified as an independent contractor
for FIT Launch, Inc. The
relationship we establish with you allows you to have behavioral and
financial control for your business.
You determine the when, where and how of your trainings. Your
control of expenses and your investment in your business direct your
ability to profit or loss as a business owner.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for operating
your business within the requirements of your state and/or country.
This includes registration, tax reporting and accounting for your
business.
If
you have never ventured into business ownership or operations on your own
before, don't fret. FIT Launch, Inc. wants to see you succeed.
We provide you with a starter manual for you to follow, the USFIT
program has all the instructor information ready to go, student
manuals are published by us and we will assist you in any way we
can. Continuing education workshop programs provide you with
training designs, marketing assistance, fee collections and
other assistance as needed. We are building a partnership to provide a better option in
training for group fitness professionals. |
